Hi! I’m Claudia …

I moved to Saint Raphael after falling in love with my husband and we now live 10 mins from the beach with our daughter. My husband Franck has lived here all his life and although I am originally from London and lived and visited this region for over a decade.

As someone who has relocated to France, I want to share some of my personal story … from buying our first villa, renovating our home, renting our villa on AirBnB, selling our property ourselves to overseas buyers, sourcing and purchasing land … and now building our dream home.

We have gained enormous insight into the French Riviera property market from walking it ourselves. We know the difficulties to navigate the french administration alone and not knowing who to trust.

Overtime, we have built personal relationships  with a great network of professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors and service providers to help you and your family relocate or purchase a secondary home for holidays and investment. 

French Riviera is a secure investment opportunity and a beautiful place to have a great quality of life.
