  • Yes, the plots are part of a lottisment and the townhall have approved building of homes. (Letter Certification can be provided on request)

    Your chosen architect will submit your plans to the townhall with subject to changes or tweaks if the townhall architect feels necessary.

  • The townhall architect can only ask for minor modifications which your architect will change (incuded in your fees).

    2 Houses have already been built with a third house just approved in March 2024.
